Currently our registration process is manual. Print out the Registration Form, fill in the applicable boxes and send it to our office. You can either bring the form to Mass and drop it in the collection basket, drop it off at the rectory during office hours, or send it to our mailing address.
If you are looking for a copy of a Sacramental record, you must fill out the Sacramental Request Form and send both the form and a copy of photo I.D. to the parish office. You can send the information either by regular mail, fax or email.
